Our real-world testing involves, running over it, drowning it, and abusing it every day on the tracks, using it in the snow, the dusty deserts, blasting it with firetrucks. We also get all of our ratings independently certified by NATA accredited test labs, making sure that our gear is truly IP68 waterproof & dustproof, UPF50+ solar rated and up to AS\/NZ standards for safety and quality assured!<\/p>\n

With a plethora of LED lightbars<\/strong><\/a> and LED Spotlights<\/strong><\/a> available on the Australian market it can be a bit confusing as to exactly what each rating means and what exactly you are paying for!<\/p>\n

We make sure that we have taken our LED Light bars<\/strong><\/a> R&D to a whole new level, by getting our products independently tested for waterproofing power consumption and most importantly light throw and brightness!<\/p>\n

With NATA Light testing done to not only tell us our overall Lumen output but both the spread patterns and overall range achieved by our LED Lights, our lights are definitely built right, with nothing but performance and bang for buck being the priority!<\/p>\n

Not only do we test our lights for how bright they are, but we also have done plenty or R&D on how easy they are to install as well as how stable the lights are once they are installed. One of the most common failures of LED Lights is how stable their mounting points are, with Australian dirt roads being riddled with corrugations that will shake the fillings out of a meat pie!<\/p>\n

Because of the vibrations all of our lights are tested to withstand vibrations to an extreme level!<\/p>\n

RECOVERY GEAR TESTING<\/strong><\/p>\n

With the immense forces involved in a 4WD recovery, it is seriously important to check that your recovery gear is up to scratch, static strength testing gives us a good idea about just how much load a strap or shackle can take before it fails. We tested it wrapped around a post to represent how it would perform in a real-world situation during a recovery.
