We also love camping in swags because it\u2019s just about as Aussie as it gets, with such a strong heritage, and history associated with a traditional Aussie swag, it fills your heart with pride!<\/p>\n
However, we know that you can\u2019t just go camping at the drop of a hat, as much as we\u2019d all like to. Sometimes the real world gets in the way, but just because you can\u2019t get out bush doesn\u2019t mean you can\u2019t use your swag often. Here\u2019s six ways to get extra usage out of your swag without ever having to find a campsite.<\/p>\n
Let us set the scene for you\u2026. Its Friday night after work, and you drop around to your mate\u2019s place for a couple of quiet ones after a long day at work, and all of a sudden you realise that you\u2019ve had a couple too many and you\u2019re in no state to drive home. Your mate doesn\u2019t have a spare bed and the couch has been taken over by his overly-affectionate Great Dane who doesn\u2019t know the meaning of \u2018no\u2019.<\/p>\n

With no work the next day and the firepit crackling away, nothing beats falling asleep in the yard with the promise of a good nights sleep and a bit of star gazing.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n We find backyard camping to be the perfect opportunity to roll out a swag in the backyard and scratch your camping itch without having to spend a single cent on diesel or unleaded!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n It doesn\u2019t matter if you\u2019re camping in the back yard or up in Cape York, camping is camping right?
