Australia provides us with seemingly endless opportunities to get out and enjoy the bush. As 4WDers and campers, that\u2019s what we live for! These opportunities are also spread out over a huge area, and that means spending lots of time in our vehicles in order to get to the interesting destinations. Now, we often don\u2019t flinch at having to buy gear that we will use and enjoy when we get to our camping<\/strong><\/a> spots, but we need to remember that it\u2019s worth spending good coin on gear that will ensure we get there safely. One piece of gear that I believe is essential on any camping<\/strong><\/a> vehicle, is a good set of LED spotlights<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Everyone knows that animal strikes on Australian roads are a regular occurrence, and it\u2019s not just something that people who live in the outback need to be aware of; increasing numbers of deer in many coastal areas is also becoming a concern. A good bar on the front of your vehicle is one thing, but making sure you can see as much of the road and surrounds as possible when driving, gives you more confidence on driving long distances; especially in the early and late hours of the day when seeing is most difficult.<\/p>\n
