Burn holes in your mates old halogens; Laser beams to outshine competition!

It used to be that lasers were sci-fi and something you would see way off in the future, but just like the introduction of CD players and now wireless communications the future that was being dreamed about is here and now!

Despite what lasers are depicted as in films and tv, there are many different types of lasers offering different purposes and in many different applications, these range from skin treatments, to cutting industrial materials and even for experimental science.

A laser is an amplified and uniform light that emanates from a single point source and is focused at infinity, meaning the light beams coming out don’t radiate with a spread. For many years lasers were huge devices that required massive amounts of power to run and would take up a whole room to operate, this was until the introduction of diode lasers which are extremely compact and energy efficient and work very well at outputting lots of light with very little energy.

These diode lasers are a clever adaptation of LED diode technology, where they amplify themselves and emit a hyper focused beam. Up until recently the technology available for us to use lasers in a more pragmatic way than just for CD and DVD players.

The Adventure Kings range now offers laser technology in two different vehicle mounted lights, taking advantage of the massive range offered by the laser beams which is unparalleled by any light system we’ve seen in oz!

Starting with the Adventure Kings 8.5” Laser Driving Lights, thanks to the incredible technology these heavy hitters output an incredible 1 lux at 1,709m,  that’s nearly a kilometer further than the nearest competitors top spec LED Lights, which at a glance truly shows the potential of laser technology for revolutionizing night time driving.

The impressive light output from Adventure Kings 8.5” Laser Driving Light is mostly driven by the high powered Laser diode in the center but being a hybrid design, the ring of high powered OSRAM LED Diodes provide all the additional push to fill in the area between the furthest reaches of the laser and the standard output from your vehicles high beams!

The range achieved is astonishing considering the next closest in our lineup is the impressive 9” Domin8r X LED Driving Lights which are comprised of an array of 32x Osram LED Diodes each offering an incredible output of 14,970 Lumens and reaching out to 1206m for 1 Lux of light. The laser range, hands down takes the cake, offering over 40% more distance whilst taking up even less space than a typical 9” Light on your bull bar!

Not everyone needs the incredible range from their daily driver, nor can everyone fit a set of 8.5” Driving lights on the front of their vehicle, this is why Adventure Kings has developed a compact and powerful Adventure Kings 24″ Laser Light Bar that uses the same brand new laser technology as the Industry leading Laser Driving Lights

This powerful Laser equipped light bar measures 24” And takes advantage of a single laser diode at its center offering a massive advantage being able to project out to 914m from the front of your vehicle, as well as having the choice of sliding mounts and end mounts for the ultimate versatility for mounting to your vehicle!

Whilst taking advantage of a laser beam at its center, this light bar also uses 40x additional bright and efficient OSRAM LED Diodes to fill in the remaining light requirements. By taking advantage of the latest technology means that you not only have extremely bright and practical light output, but you also have the highest efficiency possible with the Lightbar drawing only 6.8 Amps of power for such impressive performance. That’s 94.8 Lumens per watt compared with the still highly efficient Domin8r 22” LED lightbar which boasts just 82 lumens per watt.

When comparing this energy efficiency to that of the leading styles of HID style Driving lights, you are looking at just 42.2 lumens per watt.
